Tilt carrier  

The tilt carrier is an tilting, aluminium, all-purpose carrying rack that allows you to carry your golf cruiser, mobility scooter or electric wheelchair on the back of your vehicle.  The tilt carrier requires a 50mm square tow bar hitch receiver to mount to your vehicle.
