Terms

Access Mobility will always attempt to dispatch your order within 48 hours. All orders received over the weekend will be dispatched within 48 hours of the next business day. We do not ship on weekends. Occasionally an order may need to come from a supplier and take slightly longer to get to you, in this event we will contact you with an estimated arrival time.

In the event that an item is no longer available we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund
Prices are subject to change without notice 


Returns / Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind or circumstances. Access Mobility is under no obligation to buy back used items. We are happy to exchange your goods within 7 days with proof of purchase excluding Beds, Furniture, Hygiene and Personal care items, providing the goods are in NEW UNOPENED condition. All items are checked for imperfections and faults prior to leaving our store, if a product being returned is faulty Access Mobility will meet their obligation to provide remedy under the Consumer Guarantee Act

Warranty

Should the product be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item/s. We will organise with you to return the item for assessment. After assessment we will make the decision to repair or replace the item in question or alternatively arrange a refund, if repair or replacement is not possible. Products are warranted against defects and faults this does not include normal wear and tear.
Please Note if you purchase Mobility Scooters, Power Chairs, E bikes and do not reside in the Tasman or Marlborough regions you will have to pay for any claims for warranties to your local service provider - this is free in our regions only.

Privacy Policy

We will never ask for any more information than is absolutely necessary to do business with you or use your information for any other purposes. Our checkout process uses a secure website to process your private payment details - our credit card processor is DPS, one of the biggest and most trusted processors in New Zealand. They process the transaction and at no time do we at Access Mobility store your credit card details on our servers.
